If your computer is affected by data loss, please remove the corresponding data carrier from your computer. Please send the removed data carrier(s) to us by parcel post or drop it off at our location.
If you are not in a position to remove the data medium in question yourself, we will be happy to do this for you. For this we charge a flat fee of CHF 50.00.

Your data in good and safe hands
We are aware of the responsibility when you entrust us with your data. Therefore, we always work according to the following criteria:
- Your data enjoys all the highest priority and confidentiality
- All recovered files will be deleted from our servers after copying them to the transport medium after 14 days at the latest.
- Your data will not be opened by us at any time. Should it be necessary to open parts of your data due to a quality control, we commit ourselves to absolute confidentiality.
- The recovered data is always sent or delivered to you encrypted.
